Moving to a new country is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. When I first began meeting people who had moved to Rwanda, I noticed how much they struggled to find what they needed. Many shared stories of feeling lost and taking a long time to feel settled. That’s when I realized there was something I could do to make their journey smoother.

With seven years of experience in hospitality and tourism management, I’ve had the opportunity to meet many newcomers and witness firsthand what they go through. I saw how small things—like finding reliable housing, knowing where to shop, or understanding local customs—could make a big difference. This inspired me to start an initiative dedicated to being a trusted resource, guiding newcomers toward feeling at home in Rwanda.
